Ingredients

For the Ganache Topping
- 1 cup heavy cream ๐ฅ
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped ๐ซ
Directions
- Prepare Oven & Pan: Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Make Batter: Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake: Pour batter into pan. Bake 25โ30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely in pan.
- Ganache: Heat cream until it simmers. Pour over chopped chocolate. Let sit 2โ3 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
- Assemble: Spread ganache over cooled brownie cake. Let set 1 hour at room temp or 30 minutes in fridge.
- Serve: Slice into squares or serve whole. Pair with ice cream or whipped cream.
