This savory stuffed bread is loaded with ground beef, turkey bacon, and melted cheese—baked into a golden loaf that’s perfect for sharing or snacking!

🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cooked chopped turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 refrigerated pizza dough or homemade dough
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook filling: In a skillet, brown ground beef. Add turkey bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until well combined. Let cool slightly.
  3. Roll dough: On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  4. Fill & roll: Spread meat mixture evenly over dough. Sprinkle cheese on top. Roll tightly into a loaf and pinch edges to seal.
  5. Brush & bake: Place loaf seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool & slice: Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
