Sesame Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
- 570 g wheat flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 g dry yeast
- 360 ml warm water
- 1 egg + 1 egg white
- 20 ml vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds 🌰
Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and mix to form dough.
- Knead dough, then add oil and knead until smooth.
- Divide into 12 parts, cover, and let rest for 20 minutes.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Mix egg yolk with 2 tsp milk, brush onto rolls.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20–25 minutes.
