- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic until cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5–10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and egg. Stir in spaghetti until coated.
- Layer spaghetti mixture in baking dish, then top with meat sauce.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top. Cover with foil.
