Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi Lasagna is a delicious twist on the classic lasagna. Layers of creamy garlic butter sauce, juicy shrimp, and melty cheese make this dish rich, comforting, and full of flavor.

- 9 sheets of pre-cooked lasagna
- 500g peeled and deveined shrimp
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Β½ onion, finely chopped
- 1Β½ cups heavy cream
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- Β½ cup grated parmesan
- Juice of Β½ lemon
π΄ Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion. SautΓ© for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Cook until shrimp turn pink (about 3 minutes).
- Add lemon juice and chopped parsley. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same pan, pour in heavy cream. Simmer for 3β4 minutes.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until thick and creamy.
- In a baking dish, add a spoon of sauce, then 3 lasagna sheets.
- Layer shrimp, mozzarella, and more sauce. Repeat layers.
- Finish with mozzarella and sprinkle parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 10β15 more minutes until golden and bubbling.
