Ingredients

- 100 g honey
- 2 tablespoons old-fashioned mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 branch fresh rosemary
- 2 onions, cut into quarters
- 3 carrots, cut into pieces
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1 cup poultry broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, soy sauce, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the ham with this mixture and place it in a rotisserie or roasting pan.
- Add onions, carrots, white wine, and broth around the ham.
- Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, basting regularly with cooking juices.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with vegetables.
