Ingredients

  • 1 Christmas ham (approx. 2 kg)
  • 100 g honey
  • 2 tablespoons old-fashioned mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 branch fresh rosemary
  • 2 onions, cut into quarters
  • 3 carrots, cut into pieces
  • 1 glass dry white wine
  • 1 cup poultry broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, soy sauce, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the ham with this mixture and place it in a rotisserie or roasting pan.
  4. Add onions, carrots, white wine, and broth around the ham.
  5. Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, basting regularly with cooking juices.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with vegetables.
