Ingredients
- 3 cups chilled mashed potatoes
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ÂĽ cup chopped chives
- ÂĽ cup all-purpose flour

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
