🍤 Salmon Shrimp Alfredo 🐟
Rich, creamy, and packed with flavor—this Alfredo pasta brings together grilled salmon, juicy shrimp, and silky sauce for a gourmet dinner at home!
Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet (6–8 oz)
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta: Boil fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook salmon: Season salmon with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet with 1 tbsp oil over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté shrimp: In the same skillet, add remaining oil and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Make Alfredo sauce: Add garlic to skillet and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine: Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Top with shrimp and salmon.
- Serve: Garnish with herbs and cracked pepper. Serve hot and enjoy!
