Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Granulated sugar (for rolling)
- Sarris Milk Chocolate Blossoms (or your favorite chocolates)
Directions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dough: Beat butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture until dough forms.
- Shape & Coat: Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Coat in granulated sugar and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Add Chocolate: Immediately press a Sarris Milk Chocolate Blossom into each cookie. Cool 5 minutes on sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
