Directions

- Cream Butter & Sugar: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Combine: Add flour mixture in three parts, alternating with sour cream. Mix until just combined.
- Add Pineapple: Fold in crushed pineapple gently.
- Bake: Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake 50–60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool: Let cake cool 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to wire rack.
- Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar and pineapple juice until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake.
