Moroccan Chermoula Sauce

A zesty, herb-packed sauce that doubles as a dip, marinade, or dressing—fresh, bold, and full of Moroccan flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Mix Herbs & Spices: In a bowl, combine cilantro, parsley, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add Liquid: Stir in lemon juice and olive oil until well blended.
  3. Rest: Transfer to a jar. Let sit at least 1 hour for flavors to meld.
  4. Serve: Use as a marinade, condiment, or dressing.
