Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

For Garnish

  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Cook Ravioli: Bring salted water to a boil. Cook ravioli 3–4 minutes (per package instructions). Drain and keep warm.
  2. Make Sauce: Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon zest and juice, simmer 1–2 minutes.
  3. Add Cream: Pour in heavy cream and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Finish Sauce: Stir in chopped parsley.
  5. Combine: Toss ravioli gently in sauce until coated. Sprinkle Parmesan if desired.
