Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  2. Add Liquids: Stir in marinara sauce, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
  3. Cook Pasta: Add macaroni. Bring to a simmer and cook 8–10 minutes until pasta is tender and liquid thickens.
  4. Finish Sauce: Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until cheese melts and sauce is creamy.
  5. Serve: Garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy hot!
