Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet chicken gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup sour cream
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Layer Chicken: Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot.
- Mix Sauce: In bowl, whisk soups, gravy mix, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook: Pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 6–8 hrs or HIGH 4–5 hrs until tender.
- Shred Chicken: Remove chicken, shred with forks.
- Finish Gravy: Stir sour cream into gravy in crockpot. Return shredded chicken and mix well.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or biscuits.
