🍫 Snickers Brownie Bites 🍫✨
Rich, fudgy brownies swirled with peanut butter and loaded with Snickers chunks—finished with a chocolate drizzle and crunchy peanuts!
Ingredients
For the Brownie Base
- 1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter
- 8 oz (226 g) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1½ cups (300 g) granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup (25 g) unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
For the Peanut Butter Swirl
- ½ cup (130 g) creamy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tbsp milk or cream
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
For Assembly & Topping
- 8 fun-size Snickers bars (cut into chunks)
- ¼ cup (40 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (for drizzle)
- ¼ cup (30 g) chopped salted peanuts
Instructions
- Prepare Oven & Pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment, leaving overhang. Grease lightly.
- Make Brownie Batter: Melt butter and chocolate over double boiler until smooth. Cool slightly. Whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt until just combined.
- Prepare Peanut Butter Swirl: Mix peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- First Layer & Swirl: Spread ⅔ brownie batter in pan. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter mixture, swirl gently. Sprinkle Snickers chunks evenly.
- Final Layers: Spread remaining brownie batter over Snickers. Add extra peanut butter dollops if desired and swirl.
- Bake: Bake 35–45 min until set and toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Do not overbake.
- Add Topping: Cool 20 min. Melt chocolate chips, drizzle over brownies, sprinkle peanuts. Cool completely.
- Set & Slice: Chill 1 hr for clean cuts. Lift slab with parchment, slice into squares.
