  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 lb (500 g) gnocchi
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Sausage: In an oven-safe skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium-high heat until browned.
  3. Add Flavor: Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute.
  4. Thicken Sauce: Sprinkle flour, stir until absorbed. Add broth and cream, simmer until thickened.
  5. Add Gnocchi & Spinach: Stir in uncooked gnocchi and spinach until combined.
