Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuits (standard size, not Grands)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

For the Icing

  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prep: Melt butter in a shallow glass bowl (microwave on reduced power). In another bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Cut: Use kitchen shears to cut each biscuit into thirds. Separate pieces on a plate.
  3. Coat: Spray an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Dip each biscuit piece in butter, then coat in cinnamon sugar. Arrange in dish.
  4. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until deep golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
  5. Icing: Stir together confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over warm biscuit bites.
