Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuits (standard size, not Grands)
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Icing
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prep: Melt butter in a shallow glass bowl (microwave on reduced power). In another bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut: Use kitchen shears to cut each biscuit into thirds. Separate pieces on a plate.
- Coat: Spray an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Dip each biscuit piece in butter, then coat in cinnamon sugar. Arrange in dish.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until deep golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
- Icing: Stir together confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over warm biscuit bites.
