Ingredients
- 1 cup (150 g) rolled oats
- 1 cup (100 g) raisins
- 1 cup (100 g) walnuts
- 1 cup (100 g) dried apricots
- 1 ripe banana
- 2.8 oz (80 g) dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 360°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Prepare Base: In a food processor, blend oats, raisins, walnuts, apricots, and banana until sticky and chunky.
- Shape: Press mixture evenly into the tray to form a slab.
- Bake: Bake for 10 minutes until slightly firm. Let cool.
- Chocolate Topping: Melt dark chocolate and spread over the cooled slab. Chill until set.
- Slice & Serve: Cut into bars and enjoy!
