Easy, wholesome, and naturally sweet—these bars are perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (150 g) rolled oats
  • 1 cup (100 g) raisins
  • 1 cup (100 g) walnuts
  • 1 cup (100 g) dried apricots
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2.8 oz (80 g) dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 360°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Base: In a food processor, blend oats, raisins, walnuts, apricots, and banana until sticky and chunky.
  3. Shape: Press mixture evenly into the tray to form a slab.
  4. Bake: Bake for 10 minutes until slightly firm. Let cool.
  5. Chocolate Topping: Melt dark chocolate and spread over the cooled slab. Chill until set.
  6. Slice & Serve: Cut into bars and enjoy!
