Ingredients
For the burger filling
- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- Optional: crispy bacon, pickles, or caramelized onions
For the bombs
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the filling: Brown ground beef over medium heat; drain. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire. Stir in shredded cheese and any optional add-ins. Let cool slightly.
- Assemble: Flatten biscuit dough pieces. Add a spoonful of filling, wrap dough around, and pinch to seal.
- Topping: Mix melted butter with garlic; brush over bombs. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
- Bake: Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden.
