Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup Parmesan, grated
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook pasta: Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sear steak: Season sirloin with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high, sear 3–4 minutes per side until medium-rare. Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Make sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Combine: Toss linguine into sauce. Add Parmesan and black pepper, stirring until creamy. Fold in sliced steak.
- Serve: Plate noodles, top with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy hot.
