Fast, flavorful, and indulgent—juicy steak tossed with buttery garlic noodles in a creamy Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta: Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear steak: Season sirloin with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high, sear 3–4 minutes per side until medium-rare. Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  3. Make sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Combine: Toss linguine into sauce. Add Parmesan and black pepper, stirring until creamy. Fold in sliced steak.
  5. Serve: Plate noodles, top with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy hot.

Tips

  • Extra flavor: Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Cheese swap: Pecorino Romano or Asiago for sharper taste.
  • Quick hack: Use pre-cooked steak strips for faster prep.
