Mini burgers baked to perfection—juicy beef, melted cheddar, and golden buttery buns in every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 12 slider buns or dinner rolls
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
- ¼ cup mayonnaise (optional)
- ¼ cup ketchup (optional)
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain grease. Stir in salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Assemble sliders: Slice buns in half (keep bottoms connected if possible). Place bottoms in a baking dish. Spread beef mixture evenly, then top with cheddar slices.
- Finish assembly: Add bun tops. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds if using.
- Bake: Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and buns are golden.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with ketchup, mayo, or pickles inside or on the side.
