Taco Bell Quesarito 🌯🧀🔥
A cheesy, hearty wrap inspired by Taco Bell—layers of beef, rice, and melty cheese rolled into a burrito-quesadilla fusion.
Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup cooked seasoned ground beef (taco-style)
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup nacho cheese sauce (optional)
- Hot sauce or salsa (optional)
Directions
- Prepare fillings: Cook ground beef with taco seasoning. Warm rice and mix with a little lime juice if desired.
- Build quesadilla base: Place one tortilla on a skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack evenly. Top with second tortilla and cook until cheese melts and tortillas are golden.
- Assemble Quesarito: Place beef, rice, sour cream, and nacho cheese sauce in the center of the cheesy tortilla stack. Add hot sauce or salsa if desired.
- Roll it up: Fold sides inward, then roll tightly into a burrito shape.
- Serve: Slice in half and enjoy warm.
Tips
- Extra cheesy: Add more shredded cheese inside the filling.
- Spice it up: Mix jalapeños or chipotle sauce into the beef.
- Make-ahead: Prep fillings in advance and assemble fresh when ready to eat.
