  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Walnuts, chopped
  • Chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Prep oats: Pour hot milk over oat flakes. Let sit 5–10 minutes until softened.
  2. Blend base: In a blender, combine bananas, eggs, vanillin, cocoa, and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
  3. Mix: Stir softened oats into the banana-cocoa mixture. Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.
  4. Bake: Pour mixture into a greased baking dish or muffin tin. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until set.
  5. Cool & serve: Let cool slightly. Enjoy warm or chilled for a creamy texture.
