Directions
- Prep oats: Pour hot milk over oat flakes. Let sit 5–10 minutes until softened.
- Blend base: In a blender, combine bananas, eggs, vanillin, cocoa, and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
- Mix: Stir softened oats into the banana-cocoa mixture. Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Bake: Pour mixture into a greased baking dish or muffin tin. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until set.
