Chocolate Lava Cupcake

Ingredients:

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 80g unsalted butter
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50g sugar
  • 30g flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the whole eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until light and foamy.
  3. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
  4. Stir in the vanilla, salt, and flour until fully combined.
  5. Pour the batter into cupcake liners (about ¾ full).
  6. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 8–10 minutes. The edges should be set, but the center still soft.
  7. Serve warm to enjoy the molten chocolate center.
