Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:
- 2 packs (16 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
- Red or pink food coloring (optional)
For the topping:
- Pink whipped cream or frosting
- M&M candies (pink and colorful mix)
- Extra Snickers pieces (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
- Make the cheesecake filling: In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in the whipped cream and chopped Snickers. Add food coloring if desired. Pour over the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Decorate: Once set, pipe pink whipped cream or frosting on top. Add M&M candies and extra Snickers pieces if desired.
