Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder 🍂
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder (optional) 🌿
  • 1 tsp baking powder 🍰
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Preheat oven: 180°C (350°F). Grease a 20 cm round mold or line with baking paper.
  2. Mix batter: Beat eggs until bubbly. Add grated carrot, orange zest, sweetener, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Combine: Stir in almond flour and baking powder until smooth.
  4. Bake: Pour mixture into mold. Bake 30–35 minutes. Test with a toothpick; if clean, it’s ready.
  5. Cool & serve: Let cool 10 minutes in mold, then unmold. Garnish with orange zest or nuts.
