Ingredients
- 1 cup grated carrot 🥕

- ¼ tsp ginger powder (optional) 🌿

Instructions 👩🍳
- Preheat oven: 180°C (350°F). Grease a 20 cm round mold or line with baking paper.
- Mix batter: Beat eggs until bubbly. Add grated carrot, orange zest, sweetener, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Mix well.

- Bake: Pour mixture into mold. Bake 30–35 minutes. Test with a toothpick; if clean, it’s ready.
- Cool & serve: Let cool 10 minutes in mold, then unmold. Garnish with orange zest or nuts.
