Base Components
- 900 g ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 425 g kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 425 g black beans, drained and rinsed
- 425 g corn kernels, drained

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (425 g) diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or jalapeños
Instructions 👩🍳
- Brown beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Load crockpot: Add beef mixture, beans, corn, tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, broth, and spices to crockpot. Stir well.
- Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Add pasta: Stir in macaroni during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Ensure pasta is submerged in liquid.
- Finish: Once pasta is tender, stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
