  • 12 oz lasagna noodles (about 9–10 noodles)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce (or pizza sauce)
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: pickles or parsley

  1. Cook noodles: Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Layer: In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of beef mixture. Add noodles, ricotta, beef mixture, bacon, and cheeses. Repeat layers until dish is full, finishing with cheese on top.
  4. Bake: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
