Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings (or drumettes)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the wings on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest until slightly thickened.
- Once the wings are done, toss them in the honey lemon sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and lemon slices. Enjoy!
