Ingredients:
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 300ml warm water (approximately)
- Extra flour for dusting
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add the oil and gradually pour in the warm water while kneading until you get a soft, elastic dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into round buns or loaves.
- Place them on a greased or parchment-lined baking tray. Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Dust the tops with flour and gently score with a knife for decoration.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool on a wire rack. Serve and enjoy!
