- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 12 oz elbow macaroni (or pasta of choice)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ÂĽ cup chopped pickles (optional)

- Cook pasta: Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook 3–4 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- Brown beef: Stir in garlic and ground beef. Cook until beef is browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Make sauce: Add tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and simmer 5 minutes.
- Combine: Add cooked pasta to skillet. Toss until evenly coated in sauce.
- Cheese time: Sprinkle in cheddar and mozzarella. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Finish: Stir in chopped pickles if using. Serve hot and cheesy.
