- 1 (30 oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Nonstick cooking spray

- Preheat: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray Bundt pan generously with nonstick spray.
