Ingredients 🛒

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup diced ham
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Preheat: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line muffin tin.
  2. Dry mix: Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Wet mix: In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, and egg. Stir in Dijon mustard if using.
  4. Combine: Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold: Add ham, cheddar, and mozzarella. Mix lightly to distribute.
  6. Fill: Spoon batter into muffin cups, about ¾ full
