Ingredients 🛒
- 2 filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
- 12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & black pepper, to taste

- Sear steaks: Add olive oil. Cook steaks 4–5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove and rest.
- Sear shrimp: In same skillet, add shrimp with remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Make sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, cook 1 minute. Stir in cream, simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
- Finish: Drizzle sauce over steaks and shrimp. Garnish with parsley and cracked pepper.
- Serve: Plate elegantly with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
