Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Grate the potatoes and place them in a clean towel. Squeeze out the excess moisture.
- Transfer the grated potatoes to a bowl. Add the egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Spoon the potato mixture into the pan, flattening slightly with the back of a spoon to form pancakes.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or sour cream.
