  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Fiery Honey Chili Drizzle

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce (like sriracha)
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Marinate shrimp: In bowl, mix buttermilk, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add shrimp. Chill 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare coating: Mix flour and cornstarch in shallow dish.
  3. Dredge: Remove shrimp from marinade. Coat in flour mixture, pressing lightly for crisp texture.
  4. Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry shrimp in batches 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
