Ingredients

  • 6 large croissants, sliced in half
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Assemble Croissants: Spread Dijon mustard on bottom halves. Layer 2 slices ham + 1 slice cheese. Top with other half of croissant.
  3. Butter Topping: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and poppy seeds. Brush over croissant tops.
