🌟 Broccoli Bliss Bake 🥦🥔✨

Ingredients
- 1 broccoli
- 4 potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Dried garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 14.10 oz (400 g) mushrooms
- Basil
- 4 eggs
- 100 g Greek yogurt or sour cream
- ½ cup (100 ml) milk
- Cherry tomatoes
- 150 g cheese
- Small piece of Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1 cucumber
- 1 garlic clove
- Dill
- Juice of ½ lime
Directions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil Potatoes: Cook potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain.
- Prep Veggies: Chop broccoli, onion, carrot, and mushrooms.
- Sauté: Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté onion, garlic, carrot, and mushrooms until soft.
- Combine: Add broccoli and potatoes to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and dried garlic.
- Transfer: Place mixture into a baking dish.
- Egg Mixture: Whisk eggs with milk, then pour over vegetables.
- Top: Sprinkle cheese and Parmesan on top.
- Bake: Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Serve: Garnish with Greek yogurt or sour cream, fresh basil, dill, and a squeeze of lime.
