  3. Add dry ingredients: Mix in flour, corn flour, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  4. Shape: Roll dough into a log or press into a baking tin. Slice or cut into shapes.
  5. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until pale golden. Do not overbake.
  6. Cool & serve: Let cookies cool on a wire rack. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
