Cheesy Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole 🥓🧀🍔✨
A comforting, cheesy, and crispy casserole loaded with beef, bacon, and golden tater tots. Perfect for family dinners or potlucks!
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and cook 3–4 minutes until softened. Season with salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning.
- Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese soup with a splash of water. Stir in half the cheddar and mozzarella until creamy.
- Assemble: Spread beef mixture evenly in a 9×13-inch casserole dish. Layer tater tots on top. Pour cheese mixture over tots, then sprinkle with remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
- Bake: Bake 25–30 minutes until tots are crispy and cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Finish: Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the casserole. Serve hot!
