Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (8 count) refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Salsa or sour cream, for dipping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Prepare dough: Roll out dough and cut into rectangles.
  4. Fill: Add a spoonful of taco meat and sprinkle of both cheeses to each rectangle.
  5. Seal: Fold dough over filling and press edges tightly to seal.
  6. Top: Brush with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder and parsley.
  7. Bake: Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve: Enjoy warm with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
