Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (8 count) refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Salsa or sour cream, for dipping
Directions
- Preheat oven: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Prepare dough: Roll out dough and cut into rectangles.
- Fill: Add a spoonful of taco meat and sprinkle of both cheeses to each rectangle.
- Seal: Fold dough over filling and press edges tightly to seal.
- Top: Brush with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder and parsley.
- Bake: Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
