🍗🥓🧀 Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta ✨
A creamy, cheesy pasta bake loaded with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and fresh tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 strips bacon
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook Pasta: Boil salted water. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Bacon: Fry bacon in skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Cook Chicken: In same skillet, add olive oil if needed. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook 6–7 min per side until done. Rest, then slice.
- Combine: In large bowl, mix pasta, ranch, cheddar, and cherry tomatoes. Add chopped bacon.
- Assemble & Bake: Place pasta mix in baking dish. Top with sliced chicken and extra cheese. Bake 15–20 min until hot and bubbly.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
