Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

A creamy, cheesy pasta bake loaded with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and fresh tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook Pasta: Boil salted water. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook Bacon: Fry bacon in skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Cook Chicken: In same skillet, add olive oil if needed. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook 6–7 min per side until done. Rest, then slice.
  5. Combine: In large bowl, mix pasta, ranch, cheddar, and cherry tomatoes. Add chopped bacon.
  6. Assemble & Bake: Place pasta mix in baking dish. Top with sliced chicken and extra cheese. Bake 15–20 min until hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve: Garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
