Chocolate Lava Cupcake
Ingredients:
- 100g dark chocolate
- 80g unsalted butter
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 50g sugar
- 30g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, whisk together the whole eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until light and foamy.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Stir in the vanilla, salt, and flour until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into cupcake liners (about ¾ full).
- Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 8–10 minutes. The edges should be set, but the center still soft.
- Serve warm to enjoy the molten chocolate center.
