- Crushed peppermint candy
- Melt dark chocolate chips, spread on parchment paper, and let cool.
- Melt white chocolate, stir in peppermint extract.
- Spread over cooled dark chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy. Let harden, then break into pieces.
