  2. Mix Cream: In the same bowl, beat egg yolks, condensed milk, and cornstarch until smooth and light.
  3. Fold: Gently incorporate egg whites into the cream using a spatula, with upward folding movements.
  4. Prepare Pan: Pour batter into a greased pan sprinkled with cornstarch.
  5. Bake: Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, until lightly golden.
  6. Test: Insert a toothpick—if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
