For the Cheddar Toast Bites
- 4 slices thick bread (French or sourdough)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For Garnishing
- Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional)
- Extra shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
