Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken 🍗🧄🧀
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 4 chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F / 75°C). Remove and set aside.
- Make the Creamy Sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir.
- Add Cheese & Seasoning: Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer gently until sauce thickens.
- Combine: Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
