Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F / 75°C). Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the Creamy Sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir.
  4. Add Cheese & Seasoning: Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer gently until sauce thickens.
  5. Combine: Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
