Directions 👩‍🍳

  1. Cook pasta: Boil macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make roux: In saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute.
  3. Add dairy: Slowly whisk in milk and cream. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Cheese sauce: Stir in cheddar, Gruyère, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Combine: Fold in pasta and lobster chunks. Mix well.
