Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam (or fresh diced strawberries)
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Instructions
- Prepare Filling: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in strawberry jam or diced strawberries.
- Assemble Wontons: Place 1 tsp filling in center of each wrapper. Brush edges with egg. Fold into triangle or pouch, sealing firmly.
- Heat Oil: Warm 2 inches of oil in skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry Wontons: Fry in batches 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve & Garnish: Dust with powdered sugar, drizzle with strawberry sauce or chocolate, and serve warm.
