Indulge in the perfect marriage of savory beef, melted provolone, and sautéed vegetables nestled in soft dinner rolls. These sliders are quick, flavorful, and ideal for dinner or party appetizers!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shaved roast beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 4 tbsp butter, divided
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 dozen dinner rolls
  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Everything Bagel Mix: In a small bowl, mix ingredients for the topping. Store in an airtight container.
  3. Make Bagel Butter: Mix 2 tbsp melted butter with 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Mix. Set aside.
  4. Sauté Vegetables: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add bell pepper and onion; sauté until tender and golden. Set aside.
  5. Cook Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add shaved roast beef and cook until heated through and slightly grilled.
  6. Assemble Sliders: Slice dinner rolls in half, keeping them connected. Place bottoms in a greased 9×13 pan. Spread mayonnaise over rolls. Layer beef, sautéed vegetables, and provolone slices. Place roll tops back on.
  7. Finish: Brush tops with Everything Bagel Butter. Sprinkle extra topping if desired.
  8. Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
  9. Serve: Slice into individual sliders and enjoy warm!
